The Show

Human Beings, being human is a podcast for anyone who has ever sat alone in the dark, wondering if they’d ever feel whole again.

Hosted by Kinsey—a storyteller, coach, and lifelong seeker—this show doesn’t promise quick fixes or neat answers. Instead, it offers something more honest: real stories of becoming.

Each episode is an invitation to slow down, to feel, and to remember that healing isn’t a destination—it’s a winding, imperfect path back to yourself.

Here, you’ll hear intimate conversations about love and heartbreak, identity and transformation, courage and uncertainty. You’ll meet guests who have walked through their own darkness and emerged with a deeper sense of who they are.

Whether you’re navigating the end of a relationship, questioning who you’ve been taught to be, or simply longing for something more true, this space exists to remind you:

You are not broken. You are not alone. And there is always a way—not to leave the darkness behind, but to make it part of your wholeness.

Me

Kinsey Kappler is a storyteller, coach, and healing facilitator who believes in the transformative power of telling the truth—especially when it’s messy, unfinished, or tender.

A queer, nonbinary creative with a background in sociology, statistics, and embodiment practices, Kinsey weaves together personal narrative, relational wisdom, and a gentle invitation to come home to yourself.

After a decade working in structured systems—from military intelligence to federal statistics—he chose to leave the safety of certainty in pursuit of something truer: a life guided by authenticity, curiosity, and the courage to feel it all.

Kinsey’s work explores the spaces where identity dissolves and reforms—the end of a marriage, the beginning of selfhood, the moment you realize you no longer fit the life you built. Their stories and reflections meet listeners exactly where they are, offering not a map, but a lantern.

As the host of Human Beings, being human, Kinsey holds compassionate space for the questions we’re often too afraid to ask out loud:
Who am I now?
What does healing really look like?
Can I trust my own becoming?

Their perspective is grounded in lived experience, shaped by years of unlearning, and lit by a conviction that none of us are too broken to be whole.

Kinsey’s work invites you to sit with your own questions—and remember you are not alone in the dark.
